Eric has lived and worked in eastern Pennsylvania for the majority of his career and in the Lehigh Valley for the last fifteen years. He began his construction career as an apprentice Carpenter working in the trades in Philadelphia.  Eager to learn and advance his career he quickly became a Carpenter Foreman and then a Superintendent working for prominent General Contractors in the area.  Working for luxury home builders as a Project Manager he also, at age forty, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Everglades University.  He then became a District Manager spending many years with an industrial real estate developer in the Lehigh Valley.

“I’m honored to join Watson Land Company. Working alongside some of the most innovative people in the industry who also possess a tradition of integrity and duty to the land is exciting,” Scheler stated. “Everyone at this company truly goes above and beyond to help each other and support our customers. With the positive culture and experienced leadership, Watson has a strong foundation to continue delivering excellence throughout the Lehigh Valley market. I am thrilled to make a contribution to this effort.”
