Matthew Means has served as Vice President of Asset Management since 2014. In his role as Vice President, Means leads the Asset Management team in managing Watson’s nearly 25 million square foot real estate portfolio. Matthew brings nearly two decades’ worth of invaluable industry experience to Watson. Means is expanding his expertise by pursuing a professional designation as a Global Logistics Specialist through the Center for International Trade and Transportation. In keeping with Watson’s community focused philosophy, Means has served on the Board of Managers for the Gardena/Carson YMCA since 2009. Additionally, he participates in numerous other community events annually. Means is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach.
