Matthew Means

Matthew Means is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Watson Land Company, where he is responsible for the strategic oversight and performance of a significant portfolio of industrial real estate assets. Since joining Watson in 2008 as Director of Asset Management, he has played a key role in portfolio strategy, tenant relationships, and long-term value creation across the company’s holdings.

Matthew was promoted to Vice President of Asset Management in 2014 and to Senior Vice President in 2026. Prior to joining Watson, he held positions at AMB Property Corporation, now Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate.  Matthew serves on the board of the South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB), the Board of Directors for FuturePorts, and participates on the Southern California Logistics Council for the Inland Empire Economic Partnership (IEEP), organizations dedicated to strengthening the workforce and infrastructure that support Southern California’s logistics economy. Matthew is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach.
