Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Lance Ryan has been with Watson Land Company since 1997. He oversees Asset Management, property management, customer service, leasing & marketing for the firm’s nearly 25 million square foot portfolio of industrial properties and land holdings.
Lance served as the 2017 President of the 1,200 member Southern California Chapter of NAIOP, Secretary and Board Member of Future Ports, serves on the NAIOP National Education Committee, and Southern California PAC and Legislative Committee. Lance graduated with distinction from San Diego State University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Communications.
