Craig Halverson has over 35 years of experience in the industrial real estate industry, the last 20 years of which he has been directly responsible for the acquisition of land and development of approximately 16 million square feet of Class A warehouse and distribution space. As Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development, Craig uses his extensive experience to strategically expand Watson’s portfolio in Southern California and in the Northeast.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Craig is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Inland Empire Chapter and of the Rancho Del Chino Rotary Foundation.
