Asset Management Team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have proven field service experience, general maintenance capabilities, customer service and communication skills, and a belief in community involvement—all attributes that will allow them to contribute to the effectiveness and integrity of the team.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work under limited supervision while supporting assigned service calls
  • Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems and equipment, and grounds within a geographical area/route across multiple industrial parks and corporate headquarters building
  • Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete repair, and order materials and supplies needed to complete all tasks
  • Prioritize work orders, handle emergency requests, and respond to Watson personnel and customers in a timely fashion

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 10 years related experience
  • Valid CA driver’s license
  • English literacy—bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to climb ladders and to frequently lift 50 – 100 lbs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
