Watson Land Company Welcomes New Marketing & Leasing Manager
Los Angeles, California – On March 2, 2020, Bridgette Sanossian took the helm as the newly-appointed Marketing and Leasing Manager for Watson Land Company, a pioneer in masterplanned industrial real estate development throughout the United States. In this capacity, she will be responsible for Watson Land Company’s corporate marketing, project, and property promotional efforts, as well as supporting the leasing activities of the company’s portfolio.
Sanossian’s specialization in leasing industrial properties, including her extensive background developing strategies for prospecting, business outreach, and formulating inventive marketing and branding campaigns, will help Watson’s overall brand development and messaging in the marketplace.

Bridgette Sanossian
Sanossian comes to Watson most recently from Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) where she served as Vice President. A professional in commercial real estate for the past seven years, she was responsible for industrial, office, and retail leasing, as well as assisting with sales, asset management, property management, and 1031 exchanges. Prior to CRES, Sanossian held brokerage positions at CBRE and Stream Realty Partners located in Orange County, Inland Empire, and Dallas. Through this work experience, she cultivated additional skills in land development, construction, and executing corporate communication efforts. Bridgette’s significant assignments include a 767,000 SF property for Trammel Crow and a 25-acre land site for Farmer Brothers, with a client list that includes industry giants such as Maruchan, Daiwa, and PepsiCo.
Preceding her career in commercial real estate, Sanossian spent seven years employed in the television development business, where she worked for Fox Broadcasting Company, William Morris Endeavor, the Chairmen of 20th Century Fox Television, and President of The Weinstein Company.
“I am very much looking forward to using my previous experiences and intentionality to help power the Watson brand further and build upon their well-established marketing strategy,” Sanossian said. “I am honored to take the company to the next level, alongside the impressive Watson team.”
Sanossian earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinematic Arts, with a minor in Corporate Business Communications at the University of Southern California. She is an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), CoStar Realty Information Inc., and LoopNet. Sanossian also is a member of the USC Alumni Association. Sanossian was formerly a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Committee and CBRE’s Women’s Group. She currently serves in women’s leadership at Mariners in Irvine, and in her spare time enjoys the outdoors, tennis, and yoga. Sanossian resides in Orange County with her husband and son.
