Watson Land Company was awarded the “Rexie” for Industrial Land Acquisition of the Year at NAIOP’s annual award luncheon in the Inland Empire. Watson was recognized for its 240 acre, multiyear land assemblage adjacent to the Chino Airport. The masterplanned center, Watson Industrial Park Chino, will consist of over 5 million square feet of distribution buildings upon full build out. The first building at Watson Industrial Park Chino, will be completed in the first quarter of 2015 and has been pre-leased to UMA Enterprises. The 600,000 square foot building is designed for LEED certification and features a 36’ clear height.
