With a history extending back 200 years to one of the first Spanish land grants in Southern California, Watson Land Company is pleased to announce that we are expanding our industrial building portfolio to the East Coast.

We recently acquired our first two distribution buildings in the West Hills Business Center in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, which is located on the I-78 corridor at exit 45, PA 863. We are thrilled to have GENCO and Behr Paint as our customers and to welcome them to the Watson family.

Our East Coast expansion, totaling 678,000 sq. ft., represents a historic milestone for Watson, which has deep roots in Southern California’s storied past. For over 50 years, we have provided our tenants with unparalleled customer service in Southern California, and we look forward to sharing that same commitment on the East Coast. We are constantly pushing the standards of excellence in the commercial real estate industry through the development and management of the world’s most highly functional industrial distribution buildings and logistics headquarters.

With our Legacy Building Series, master planned industrial parks, commitment to LEED guidelines, and passion for outstanding customer service, we look forward to building a solid foundation on the East Coast and to meeting the industrial needs of our current and future customers.

Did you pay a premium to enter the east coast market with the acquistion of the 2 buildings in the West Hills Business Center? And if so, how much. I’m appraising a building in the park. Any input is appreciated. Thanks,
