From generation to generation, though times and needs have changed, we have worked with long range vision to carry out our responsibility thoughtfully and carefully. Foremost is Watson Land Company's dedication to the highest standards in the development of land and construction of buildings, to excellence in the service and responsiveness to our clients, and to abide by the highest principles of business ethics. We strive to be a good corporate citizen and civic leader in our community and to show sensitivity to the land and the environment. Although technologies and societal needs have changed, the underlying foundation of our business philosophy has remained constant to be prudent, financially sound developers of high quality, aesthetically conceived buildings and centers, and to meet the needs of our clients through superior, long lasting products and unparalleled service. Our company's record of achievement reflects our clients' strong acceptance of this development approach. We have created great financial strength and have built a team of solid, experienced executives who embrace the long range vision of developing and managing the highest quality properties that endure over time. Watson Land Company remains a privately held real estate investment trust (REIT), built on more than 200 years of long standing traditions, values and integrity.
